At the Buyers Home Inspection Service, Inc. we provide a home inspection that is a visual examination of the physical structure and electro-mechanical systems of a home. It describes the components and identifies areas in need of attention. Our inspections are performed to the "Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics" of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI®). A written report is prepared during the approximate 3 hour inspection, and the original is handed to you upon completion. An "Inspection Agreement" must be signed before the inspection can be started.
